Independence strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They never let the Riverside Ram get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory. Independence's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last four contests.

Lilli Lubic and Emily Marlovits scored all five of Independence's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 30 goals.

Independence pushed their record up to 14-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those five matchups. As for Riverside, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5-3.
