Willard has gone 10-0 against Edison recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Willard Crimson Flashes will head out to take on the Edison Chargers at 7:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Willard is coming into the contest on the come-up as their season has now been buoyed by two straight victories. They walked away with a 58-49 win over Galion on Monday.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Edison). They were the clear victor by an 81-61 margin over South Central on Tuesday. With the Chargers ahead 49-24 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Edison is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.6 points per game. As for Willard, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-12.

Willard didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Edison in their previous meeting back in January, but they still walked away with a 47-43 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Willard since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
