Coolidge entered their tilt with Oxon Hill on Saturday with two consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Oxon Hill Clippers 77-48. The Colts have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight  games by 29  points or more this season.
 It was another big night for  Josslyn Derricott, who  dropped  a double-double on 26 points and 18  rebounds. She is  on a roll when it comes to  rebounds, as she's  now  pulled down nine or more in the last four games she's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Marshea Fisher, who  posted 18 points and four  steals.
Coolidge's victory bumped their record up to 13-1. As for Oxon Hill, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.
 When Coolidge and Oxon Hill next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Coolidge will try to stop Banneker's seven-game winning streak when the meet  at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday. Coolidge's defense has only allowed 28.8  points per game  this season, so Oxon Hill's offense will have their work cut out for them. Similarly, Oxon Hill will try to stop Douglass' four-game winning streak when the meet  at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
