Baseball Recap: Northpoint Christian Academy Picks Up 11th Straight Win at Home

NorthPoint Christian Academy won the last time they faced Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy and things went their way on Thursday too. The NorthPoint Christian Academy NightHawks walked away with a 4-1 victory over the Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy Patriots. The win made it back-to-back victories for the NightHawks.

Tyler Wagner spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on three hits and racked up 18 Ks. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in strikeouts.

At the plate, Micah Enriquez was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing Three bases. while going 1-for-3. Weston Nutter also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.
