Basketball Game Preview: Norwich Eagles vs. Attica Bulldogs

The Norwich Eagles will square off against the Attica Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Norwich has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Last Tuesday, Norwich strolled past Stafford with points to spare, taking the game 43-26.

Meanwhile, Attica waltzed into their game on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Thunderbirds 69-17. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 96th, while the Thunderbirds are ranked 301st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Norwich is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.7 points over those games. As for Attica, they pushed their record up to 14-3 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.
