Basketball Recap: GMG Takes a Loss

GMG was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a blow against Baxter, falling 73-23. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolverines this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 64-11 back in December of 2024.

GMG's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Baxter, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 9-7 record.

GMG will face off against Collins-Maxwell at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. GMG is facing Collins-Maxwell at the right time seeing as Collins-Maxwell is stuck on an 11-game losing streak. Baxter has already played their next contest (against Valley Lutheran), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
