Basketball Recap: Amanda-Clearcreek Takes a Loss

Amanda-Clearcreek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 63-48 bruising from the Bloom-Carroll Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Aces of the 54-38 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

Amanda-Clearcreek's record is now 3-12. As for Bloom-Carroll, their win bumped their record up to 5-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Amanda-Clearcreek will challenge Hamilton Township at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Hamilton Township has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Bloom-Carroll, they will face off against Circleville at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
