Warsaw had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Butler Bears a 10-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won ten contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Warsaw's win bumped their record up to 12-2. As for Butler, they dropped their record down to 6-10 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Warsaw has already played their next game, a 4-2 victory against El Dorado Springs on the 2nd. Butler has also already played their next matchup (against Versailles), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
