Volleyball Recap: Jordan-Matthews Comes Up Short

Jordan-Matthews lost against Triangle Math & Science back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Jordan-Matthews Jets came up short against the Triangle Math & Science Tigers, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-4, 25-8, 25-8.

Triangle Math & Science was led to victory by Chris Lange and Ali Kales. Lange had four digs and three aces, while Kales had six digs and two aces.

Jordan-Matthews' defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Jordan-Matthews wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Freedom Christian Academy on the 10th. As for Triangle Math & Science, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Chapel Hill on the 12th.
