Calistoga has gone a perfect 5-0 against Potter Valley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Wildcats will look to defend their home field against the Bearcats at 3:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Calistoga had been on a four-game streak of scoring at least ten runs, but Tomales put an end to it on Tuesday. The Wildcats came up short against the Braves, falling 20-0. The game marked the first time this year in which the Wildcats were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, Potter Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 18-2 to Willits.

Potter Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Calistoga, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-6.

Everything went Calistoga's way against Potter Valley when the teams last played back in March of 2023, as Calistoga made off with a 17-6 win. Do the Wildcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bearcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
