Basketball Recap: Custer/Hysham Has No Trouble Against Broadview/Lavina

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Custer/Hysham had no problem doing just that on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 58-34 margin over the Broadview/Lavina Pirates. Custer/Hysham has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 games by 20 points or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Custer/Hysham and bumps their season record up to 16-3. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 2-10 Forsyth (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 40.5% over those games). As for Broadview/Lavina, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-5.
