Volleyball Game Preview: Northside Rams vs. John Carroll Catholic Cavaliers + How To Watch

The Northside Rams are taking a road trip to take on the John Carroll Catholic Cavaliers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Northside sitting on ten straight wins and John Carroll Catholic on three.

On Tuesday, Northside was able to grind out a solid victory over Tuscaloosa Academy, taking the game 2-0.

Northside easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-18.

Kyndall Bennett was the offensive standout of the contest as she had nine digs and four aces. Those four aces gave her a new career-high.

Meanwhile, John Carroll Catholic made easy work of Sipsey Valley on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 win.

Northside's record now sits at 27-2. As for John Carroll Catholic, their record is now 15-10.

Northside couldn't quite get it done against John Carroll Catholic in their previous meeting back in September as they fell 3-1. Can the Rams avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
