After losing to St. John Paul II Academy the last time they met, Palm Beach Central decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Broncos walked away with a 6-3 victory over the Eagles on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Broncos.

Palm Beach Central's win was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Alex Larriu, who went 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI. That double marked the first that Larriu has hit this season.

Palm Beach Central's record is now 13-9. As for St. John Paul II Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-3.

Coming up, Palm Beach Central will welcome Dr. Joaquin Garcia at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. John Paul II Academy, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Somerset Academy - Canyons at 4:00 p.m. The Cougars have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.12 runs per game on average), something the Eagles will no doubt try to take advantage of.
