Volleyball Recap: Tishomingo Takes a Loss

If Tishomingo was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Fox last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Indians fell 2-0 to the Chico Dragons on Thursday.

Among those leading the charge was Brylee Wright, who had seven digs and three aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last 14 matches.

Tishomingo has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season. As for Chico, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-11.

Coincidentally, Tishomingo and Chico will both be playing Saint Jo the next time they take the court. The Dragons will head out to face the Panthers at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, while the Indians will play them later in the day, at 4:00 p.m.
