There's no place like home for Leedey, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 victory over the Hennessey Eagles on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bison have posted since April 18, 2024.

Leedey is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-6-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Hennessey, their loss dropped their record down to 9-13.

Coming up, Leedey will take on Hammon at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Warriors' pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so the Bison's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Hennessey, they will head out on the road to face off against Lomega at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. The Raiders have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.25 runs per game on average), something the Eagles will no doubt try to take advantage of.
