Baseball Recap: Pallotti Comes Up Short

After soaring to 12 runs the game before, Pallotti was a bit more limited in their game on Thursday. They lost 16-1 to the Reservoir 'Gators. The Panthers have struggled against the 'Gators recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Pallotti's defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Reservoir, the win keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Coming up, Pallotti will be playing in front of their home fans against Chapelgate Christian Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. The Yellowjackets have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.57 runs per game on average), something the Panthers will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Reservoir, they will face off against Mt. Hebron on Monday.
