Football Recap: Bourne Makes It Five in a Row at Home + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against West Bridgewater, Bourne was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Seekonk Warriors 38-12. Considering the Canalmen have won three contests by more than 25 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Bourne pushed their record up to 6-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 8.0 points on average over those games. As for Seekonk, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.

Bourne and Seekonk will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Canalmen see the field they'll take on Wareham at 10:00 a.m. on November 27. As for Seekonk, their break will end when they face Dighton-Rehoboth Regional at 10:00 a.m. on November 27.
