Hayfield won the last time they faced Lewis and things went their way on Friday too. The Hayfield Hawks took their contest with ease, bagging a 79-47 victory over the Lewis Lancers. The Hawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 24 points or more this season.

Parker Cage was the offensive standout of the game as he posted nine points and five steals. Another player making a difference was Aaron Mcfarlane, who had ten points and three steals.

Hayfield's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-4. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.8 points per game. As for Lewis, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.

Hayfield has already played their next contest, a 64-56 defeat against Prince George's Christian Academy on the 25th. As for Lewis, they will host Falls Church at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Lewis is facing Falls Church at the right time seeing as Falls Church is stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
