Volleyball Recap: Notus Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Notus lost against Vision back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Pirates came up short against Vision, falling 3-0.

Notus took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-16, 25-23.

Vision's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Alexia Anderson led the charge by getting seven kills, six aces, and four digs. Those seven kills gave Anderson a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Raelynn Nickel, who had four digs, three aces, and one block.

Notus' loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Vision, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Notus will square off against Harper at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Vision, they will challenge Compass Charter at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
