Ridgeview has gone 9-1 against Oakleaf recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Panthers are taking a road trip to face off against the Knights at 7:00 p.m. Ridgeview is coming into the match hot, having won their last four games.

Last Thursday, Ridgeview got the win against Menendez by a conclusive 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-18, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Oakleaf suffered their biggest loss since September 16th on Tuesday. They came up short against Fleming Island, falling 3-0. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Fleming Island scored at least 17 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-21, 25-21.

Oakleaf now has a losing record of 11-12. As for Ridgeview, their win bumped their record up to 14-5.

Ridgeview skirted past Oakleaf 2-1 when the teams last played back in September of 2024. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Knights have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
