Henderson Collegiate is 9-1 against Roxboro Community since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Henderson Collegiate Pride just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Roxboro Community Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

On Wednesday, Henderson Collegiate had to suffer through a 69-37 loss at the hands of Vance Charter. The Pride haven't had much luck with the Knights recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Meanwhile, Roxboro Community lost 72-51 to Vance Charter on Tuesday.

Henderson Collegiate will have to contain Ben Wheeler as he made an impact in Roxboro Community's last game. He posted 18 points and six rebounds. Wheeler's evening made it seven games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Mathew Davis was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Roxboro Community's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Henderson Collegiate, their loss dropped their record down to 6-13.

Henderson Collegiate and Roxboro Community were neck-and-neck in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, but Henderson Collegiate came up empty-handed after a 79-78 defeat. Can Henderson Collegiate avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
