Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Legacy). They claimed a resounding 56-18 victory over the Williston Coyotes. That's more bragging rights for Legacy, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Legacy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jack Julson led the charge by picking up 95 receiving yards and one touchdown. That's the most receiving yards Julson has posted since back in September of 2024.

Legacy was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 257 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Williston only rushed for 75.

Legacy's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 39.3 points over those games. As for Williston, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.

Coming up, Legacy will square off against Minot on Friday. Legacy will be up against the Magicians' rather soft defense (which has allowed 37.8 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Williston, they will welcome Century at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Patriots will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last.
