Make it five blowout wins for the Horace Mann UCLA Community Panthers this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Stella High Charter Academy 91-32 at home. With Horace Mann UCLA Community ahead 46-21 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Derrick Boston was a one-man wrecking crew for Horace Mann UCLA Community as he scored 39 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Boston has scored at least a third of Horace Mann UCLA Community's points. Another player making a difference was Savion Irving, who scored 12 points.
Horace Mann UCLA Community's win bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Stella High Charter Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-17.

As for Stella High Charter Academy, they will be playing at home against the Cougars at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully Middle College focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Friday.
