The 6-foot-3, 209-pound incoming senior has thrown for 5,952 career yards, 75 touchdowns and 14 touchdowns, to go along with 1,998 career rushing yards. The Cardinals are 20-6 the past two seasons and the  4-star recruit has 15 offers, including Houston, Mississippi State and Boston College but is committed to Colorado.
247Sports evaluation: Posted a 4.78 40-yard dash to go along with a 4.32 20-yard shuttle, a 35.8-inch vertical and 37-foot Power Ball throw (At the Opening Regionals in Dallas). That gave him a SPARQ rating of 100.59.

9. Chandler Morris — Highland Park (Dallas)
The 5-10, 175-pound incoming senior led the Scots to a 16-0 record and third straight state crown last year, with a 27-17 5A-1 win over Shadow Creek. In his first year as a starter, Morris completed 23-of-35 passes for 262 yards and three touchdowns, to give him 4,010 yards passing (262-of-410 attempts), 46 touchdowns and six interceptions. The 10th-rated dual-threat QB in Texas has 13 college offers but has already committed to Arkansas.

8. Jalen Milroe — Tompkins (Katy)
The 6-2, 186-pound incoming junior threw for 1,404 yards and 13 touchdowns, and rushed for 613 yards and 10 more scores last season. Ranked 74th overall from the Class of 2021, Milroe has 19 offers, including Alabama, Florida and Florida State.

7. Michael Henderson Jr — Ranchview (Irving)
The 6-3, 220-pound incoming senior is another strong dual threat. Thick and elusive, he shows very good breakaway speed, looking faster than his 4.71 40-speed recorded at a regional Opening camp in March. He has 24 college offers, including Alabama, Georgia, Texas and UCLA, but he's already committed to Oklahoma.
247Sports evaluation: Has the size and speed to play running back, H-back or tight end ... His pedigree as a prep quarterback also means he could be a natural fit in a wildcat formation, giving (Oklahoma) another tool in an offensive arsenal that has been staggering over the past three years.

6. Preston Stone— Parish Episcopal (Dallas)
The 6-2, 205-pound incoming junior has already passed for 6,459 yards and 73 touchdowns in his career, to go along with 760 rushing yards and 13 more scores. The No. 18 2021 recruit overall in the country has a staggering 46 offers, including Alabama, Baylor, Georgia, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State and USC.

Yet another dual-threat from Texas, the 6-2, 175-pound rising senior is an absolute burner. Part of the nation's fastest 400-meter relay team, Hornsby can get to the second level in a hurry and is always a breakaway threat. He threw for 1,969 yards and 23 touchdowns last season and rushed for 772 and 13 more scores. He's ranked the No. 5 dual threat QB in the country and has 24 offers, including ones from North Carolina, Alabama, Oregon, Baylor, Texas and Georgia.

4. Haynes King — Longview
The 6-3, 185-pound incoming senior led the Lobos to a state 6A-2 state title and 16-0 record last season when he threw for 3,879 yards, 42 touchdowns and four interceptions. The dual threat also rushed for 664 yards and 10 more scores. In the state title game, a 35-34 win over West Brook, King accounted for 490 yards and three scores. He's ranked the No. 79 recruit in the country overall and No. 3 dual threat QB. He has 28 college offers, but it appears Tennessee, Texas A&M, Duke and Auburn head the list.

3. Hudson Card — Lake Travis (Austin)
The 6-3, 185-pound rising senior is ranked the No. 2 dual threat quarterback in the country for good reason. He completed nearly 68 percent of his passes for 3,543 yards and 50 touchdowns against four interceptions last season. He also rushed for 619 yards and nine more scores for the 13-2 Cavaliers. The Texas commit has 23 college offers, including Alabama, Baylor, Michigan, Ohio State and Oregon, but he appears to be fully committed to stay at home.

2. Dematrius Davis Jr. — North Shore (Houston)
The quick 5-11, 190-pound incoming junior was the 2018 MaxPreps National Sophomore of the Year, leading the 16-0 Mustangs to a national championship. Davis made all the right reads when it counted most, including a 45-yard Hail Mary touchdown pass on the last play of the game in a 41-36 victory over Duncanville for the 6A-2 state title. Davis threw for 3,350 yards and 43 touchdowns against two interceptions in 2018 and rushed for 421 more. He has 22 college offers, but Florida State, Nebraska and Texas A&M appear his leading candidates.
247Sports evaluation: Watch Davis' film and you can see he possesses similar height (listed at 5-11) and some of the same traits that drew (Nebraska) to McKenzie Milton when they were at Central Florida – except Davis has more to his build at this point in his career.

The 6-2, 219-pound rising senior did it all last season for the 15-1 Panthers, accounting for 3,077 yards and 38 touchdowns. He was deemed virtually unstoppable in the team's season-ending, state-championship 41-36 loss to North Shore Ranked the 55th top recruit in the country, Jackson has 26 offers but is committed to the University of Texas.
