Westminster had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Calhoun Yellow Jackets. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Yellow Jackets, too.

Westminster never let Calhoun on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-23.

Westminster's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Munday Tyrone led the charge by getting 12 assists and three digs. Tyrone has been hot, having posted 12 or more assists the last six times she's played.

Westminster's record now sits at 30-9. As for Calhoun, the defeat snapped their winning streak at 13 matches and leaves them with a 28-8 record.

Westminster wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Model on the 27th. As for Calhoun, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Midtown on the 27th.
