Brock's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Glen Rose as they made off with a 7-0 win. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 matches by six runs or more this season.
Brownwood hadn't beaten Graham on the road since March 8, 2019 but that history sure didn't bother them on Tuesday. The Lions blew past the Steers 14-5. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lions.
Kaydence Allen spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and four unearned) runs on five hits and racked up 11 Ks. She has been consistent : she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Carlee Burks and Jeniffer Romero did most of the damage at the plate: Burks went 3-for-5 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI, while Romero scored four runs and stole a base while going 4-for-5.
