Basketball Recap: Trinity School of Texas Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Trinity School of Texas, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They walked away with a 42-30 victory over St. Mary on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Titans: when they faced off against St. Mary's back in December of 2024, they had to take a 41-34 defeat.

Despite the loss, St. Mary's still got an impressive performance from John Brogan, who posted 19 points.

Trinity School of Texas' win bumped their record up to 6-7. As for St. Mary's, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 8-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Trinity School of Texas will take on Grace Community at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Mary's, they will square off against Non Varsity Opponent at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
