Baseball Recap: Windermere Prep Comes Up Short

Windermere Prep lost against Bishop Moore back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lakers came up short against the Hornets, falling 13-1.

Windermere Prep saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brody Knight, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Windermere Prep has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season. As for Bishop Moore, their record is now 18-7.

Looking ahead, Windermere Prep will face off against Cornerstone Charter Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Lakers are facing the Ducks at the right time seeing as the Ducks are stuck on a four-game losing streak. Bishop Moore does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
