Baseball Recap: Providence Hall Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses at Home

After only two runs in their last matchup, Providence Hall made sure to put some runs up on the board against Ben Lomond on Thursday. The Providence Hall Patriots were the clear victor by an 18-2 margin over the Ben Lomond Scots. Considering the Patriots have won four contests by more than seven runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Blake Curtis looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.

At the plate, Providence Hall got a massive performance out of Kale Mayne, who went 1-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Vincent Dutton, who scored two runs while going 2-for-2.

Providence Hall always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .595. The last time their OBP was this high was back in April of 2024.
