Basketball Game Preview: Northland Pines Eagles vs. Tomahawk Hatchets

The Northland Pines Eagles will challenge the Tomahawk Hatchets at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Northland Pines challenged Merrill on Thursday. The Eagles took a hard 60-45 fall against the Bluejays.

Meanwhile, Tomahawk was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 68-49 bruising from Wausau East.

Tomahawk's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Northland Pines, they now have a losing record of 7-8.
