Football Game Preview: Blooming Grove Lions vs. Inspired Vision EAGLES

Blooming Grove is preparing for their first district matchup of the season on Friday. They will be playing in front of their home fans against the Inspired Vision EAGLES at 7:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with seven consecutive losses dating back to last season for Blooming Grove and five for Inspired Vision dating back to last season.

On Friday, Blooming Grove was beaten by Clifton 35-6.

Despite the loss, Blooming Grove got top-tier performance from Gryason Baumgartner, who rushed for 101 yards and one score.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Inspired Vision's offense. They were outmatched by Cayuga and fell 56-0.

Blooming Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Inspired Vision, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Everything came up roses for Blooming Grove against Inspired Vision when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 60-0 win. Do the Lions have another victory up their sleeve, or will the EAGLES turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
