Basketball Recap: Marion County Takes a Loss

Marion County was the 71-70 winner over Bledsoe County when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The matchup between the Marion County Warriors and the Bledsoe County Warriors didn't end well, with the Marion County Warriors falling 94-77. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Monday (62), Marion County still had to take the loss.

Marion County's loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-8. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.4 points over those games. As for Bledsoe County, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-8.

As of now, neither Marion County nor Bledsoe County have any future games scheduled.
