Volleyball Recap: East Haven Yellowjackets vs. North Rockland Raiders
East Haven was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the North Rockland Raiders.
The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-11.
East Haven's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for North Rockland, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
East Haven didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss vs. John Jay on the 21st. As for North Rockland, they will have plenty of time to enjoy the victory as they don't play again for a while. They'll take on Tappan Zee at 8:30 p.m. on October 17th.
