Joseph City had won nine straight games and Audrey Neill did her part to make it ten on Tuesday. The Joseph City Wildcats came out on top against the Mogollon Mustangs by a score of 40-31 thanks in part to Neill, who went 7 for 9 on her way to 16 points along with seven boards and four steals. The game was her third in a row with at least ten points.

Samantha Jesmer was another key player, putting up three points. What's more, she also racked up four rebounds, the most she's had since back in November of 2024.

Mogollon's loss came despite strong showings from Haidyn Franco and Marissa Parry. Franco posted 14 points, while Parry put up nine points in addition to eight boards and four steals.

Joseph City's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-4. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.3 points per game. As for Mogollon, they moved to 15-6 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Joseph City wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, an 86-6 victory against BASIS Flagstaff on the 23rd. Mogollon has also already played their next contest, a 37-29 win against Williams on the 27th.
