Football Recap: Dansville/Wayland-Cohocton Drops Highest Score of Season Against Penn Yan Academy/Dundee

Dansville/Wayland-Cohocton scored the most points they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 34-28 to Penn Yan Academy/Dundee. While losing is never fun, Dansville/Wayland-Cohocton can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York football rankings (they are ranked 400th, while Penn Yan Academy/Dundee is ranked 174th).

Brady Henchen threw for 186 yards and two touchdowns. Clay Rigdon was his top target, picking up 143 receiving yards.

This is the second loss in a row for Dansville/Wayland-Cohocton and nudges their season record down to 2-2. As for Penn Yan Academy/Dundee, their win bumped their record up to 4-0.
