Volleyball Recap: Denton Takes a Loss

Denton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They came up short against the Ryan Raiders, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

While Denton had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-21, 25-18.

Denton's defeat dropped their record down to 9-20. As for Ryan, their win ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 18-22.

As of now, neither Denton nor the Raiders have any future games scheduled.
