Basketball Recap: Lakeside Takes a Loss

Lakeside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 60-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jefferson Area Falcons. The Dragons were probably out for revenge after losing 72-53 to them when the teams met back in February, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lakeside's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Jefferson Area, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Lakeside will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Bedford at 3:30 p.m. on December 27th. Jefferson Area and Marion Harding will round out the year against one another at at 6:00 p.m. on December 27th.
