Waterford waltzed into their match on Monday with 16 straight wins... but they left with 17. They never let the Norwich Free Academy Wildcats get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-5 back in April.

Waterford pushed their record up to 17-1 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Norwich Free Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-5.
