Marie Philip might have lost, but man, Xavier DeLeon was a machine: he dropped a double-double with 25 points and 13 boards. DeLeon is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 54 games he's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Alexander Forfa, who posted six points and six rebounds.

Meanwhile, New York School for the Deaf strolled past Non Varsity Opponent with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 32-13. That 19 point margin sets a new team best for the Golden Tornadoes this season.

New York School for the Deaf found their leader in sophomore Joseph Genao Beco, who went 5-for-12 to rack up 11 points and five steals. What's more, Genao Beco also posted a 50% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in December of 2024.

Marie Philip dropped their record down to 15-9 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for New York School for the Deaf, their win bumped their record up to 4-15.
