Basketball Recap: Bryan Takes a Loss

Bryan played a tough game on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 63-37 to the Napoleon Wildcats. The contest marked the Golden Bears' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Napoleon found their leader in sophomore Hannah Miller, who made all 9 shots she took for 23 points. Those 23 points set a new season-high mark for Miller. The team also got some help courtesy of Chloe Cicero, who posted eight points along with seven boards and six assists.

Bryan now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Napoleon, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bryan will welcome Patrick Henry at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Napoleon, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Ross at 7:15 p.m.
