The South Pike Eagles will take on the Port Gibson Blue Waves at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. South Pike is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 37 points per game this season.

South Pike took a loss when they played away from home last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They skirted past Wesson 40-37. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Eagles considering their eight-point performance the game before.

It was another big night for Douglas Wansley, who rushed for 131 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.7 yards per carry. Dondra Turner Jr was in the mix too, providing South Pike with two touchdowns.
