Football Recap: Hobart Takes a Loss

Hobart came into this matchup off a tough 42-point defeat two weeks ago. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Frederick Bombers by a score of 24-22 on Thursday. While the Bearcats didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Bombers 14-6 in the first quarter.

Hobart now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Frederick, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Hobart will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Minco at 7:00 a.m. on the 24th. As for Frederick, they will venture away from home to face off against Christian Heritage at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
