Softball Recap: Parker Thundering Herd vs. Minor Tigers
After flying high against Minor last Monday, Parker came back down to earth. The Parker Thundering Herd lost 16-8 to the Minor Tigers on Tuesday. Parker was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Minor apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played.
Destini Sails made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with a triple, a run, and a double. KaMicheal Richardson was another key contributor, scoring two runs while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
Parker's defeat dropped their record down to 19-5. As for Minor, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.
