Basketball Recap: Vincennes Rivet Takes a Loss

Vincennes Rivet was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 66-48 to the North Central Thunderbirds. The Patriots were probably out for revenge after losing 76-38 to them when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Vincennes Rivet's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for North Central, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Vincennes Rivet will square off against Northeast Dubois at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for North Central, they are taking a road trip to face off against Riverton Parke at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Riverton Parke's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven matches.
