Basketball Recap: Dougherty Gets the Win

Dougherty won the last time they faced Bainbridge and things went their way on Friday too. The Dougherty Trojans narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Bainbridge Bearcats 60-58.

It was another big night for Jatiana Chambers, who posted 25 points along with six assists and five rebounds. Amiyah Jackson was another key player, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 11 boards.

Dougherty smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds in five consecutive contests.
