Brookfield East put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Hamilton Chargers by a score of 21-13. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Spartans' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin football rankings (they are ranked 91st, while the Chargers are ranked tenth).

Brookfield East's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Hamilton, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Brookfield East is set to face off against their familiar foe Germantown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The match will give the Spartans their first taste of in-conference action this season. Meanwhile, Hamilton will challenge rival West Allis Hale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
