Meanwhile, East Rankin Academy's game back in December of 2024 was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell 3-1 to Lamar. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brookhaven Academy's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-8. As for East Rankin Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Brookhaven Academy came out on top in a nail-biter against East Rankin Academy in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. Will Brookhaven Academy repeat their success, or does East Rankin Academy have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
