Soccer Game Preview: Mills vs. Hillsdale

The Mills Vikings will head out on the road to square off against the Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Mills' offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Friday just wasn't the day for Mills' offense. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Half Moon Bay on Friday.

Meanwhile, Hillsdale hasn't lost a match since December 12, 2024, a trend which continued in their latest game on Wednesday. Their defense stepped up to hand Half Moon Bay a 2-0 shutout.

Bernardo Chaparro and Jaxon Bunch scored both of Hillsdale's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 15 goals.

Hillsdale has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-1-2 record this season. As for Mills, their loss dropped their record down to 1-8-2.
