Banning had already won 12 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10 runs) and they went ahead and made it 13 on Monday. They didn't even let the Cathedral City Lions on the board, marking their second-straight 10-0 shutout. The Broncos might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by ten runs or more this season.

Joe Clark made a splash while hitting and pitching. He tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up a single walk in five consecutive appearances. He was even better at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing four bases while going 2-for-3. Those four stolen bases gave him a new career-high.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on John Lara III, who scored three runs and stole five bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Those five stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Marquis Stewart-Vaughn, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 3-for-4.

Banning pushed their record up to 14-2 with the win, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season.
