Soccer Recap: South Hardin's Loss Ends Six-Game Winning Streak on the Road

After flying high against Garner-Hayfield/Ventura on Thursday, South Hardin came back down to earth. The Tigers fell 2-0 to the Nevada Cubs on Saturday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, South Hardin haven't been shut out since back in April.

South Hardin's loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-3. As for Nevada, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5-3 record this season.

South Hardin wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 1-0 defeat against Pella on the 17th. As for Nevada, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-2 draw against Wapsie Valley on the 17th.
